Cregger, LLP was founded in 2003 by Adrian L. Randolph, Thomas A. Cregger and Robert L. Chalfant, all formerly with the Sacramento Law Firm of Barry & Randolph, LLP and Cregger & Chalfant LLP. Adrian L. Randolph founded Barry & Randolph in 1991 and created the firm's public entity defense practice. In 2003, the new firm of Randolph, Cregger & Chalfant, LLP was created in order to continue and maintain its emphasis in the representation of public, railroad, corporate and governmental entities. Adrian Randolph left the firm in the fall of 2006 and is no longer associated with the firm. Thomas Cregger continues the original vision and maintain a strong presence in the both the public and private sectors.
